* Minimum shipment weight from the warehouse in Guangzhou is 5 kg. If the weight exceeds 5 kg, the cost is calculated in increments of 0.5 kg. For example, a parcel weighing 5.01 kg is calculated as 5.5 kg, and a parcel weighing 5.51 kg is calculated as 6.0 kg.* Minimum shipment weight from other cities is 5 kg. If the weight exceeds 5 kg, the cost is calculated in increments of 0.5 kg. The base tariff is applied to shipments with a density of 200kg/m3 (in cases where the actual weight is lower, we use the volumetric weight for calculation). The volume is measured at the outermost dimensions of the parcel. The formula for calculating volumetric weight: volume in meters (H * L * W) multiplied by the coefficient 200.

Rates are indicated per 1 kg. You can send parcels of any weight, but when sending goods up to 5 kg, the delivery cost is calculated separately.

When calculating the cost of the service, consider the weight of the packaging in addition to the weight of your goods.

Liability for any Cargo transported by air (including ancillary road transport or stopovers en route) is limited in accordance with the Montreal or Warsaw Convention, or, where the said conventions do not apply, to the lesser of the following amounts: (i) the current market or declared value, or (ii) 22 special drawing rights per kilogram (approximately USD 30.00 per kilogram). Such limitations also apply to all other types of freight transportation, with the exception that in the case of Cargo transportation by road, the limitations set out below apply.

When shipping goods, the supplier must specify your customer code.

When consolidating or de-consolidating different parcels into one, the delivery cost increases by $0.2 per 1 kg.

If the parcel value exceeds 150 euros, the goods are subject to taxation during customs clearance. We recommend splitting the goods into several parcels to avoid unnecessary costs.

___MPS_TRANSLATION_SEGMENT_0___In the case of international carriage of Goods by road, liability is limited or deemed to be limited by the terms of the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) to the lesser of the following amounts: (i) the current market or declared value, or (ii) 8.33 special drawing rights per kilogram (approximately USD 11.00 per kilogram). Such limits also apply to domestic road carriage in the absence of other mandatory or lower liability limits, in accordance with applicable domestic transport legislation.

Insurance rate: 2% of the cargo value. Liability covers transportation from the warehouse in China to the warehouse in Kyiv.

If you need to check the quality of the original packaging, please let us know in advance. We will check the goods at the warehouse in China and agree with you on the shipping conditions to avoid damage. Please note: checking, coordinating, and correcting the packaging will increase the final delivery time. If there is no prior notice, we are not responsible for damage caused during transportation.

To confirm product prices, payment confirmation documents for the goods are used, and in some cases a link to the product on Chinese websites will suffice. Keep the product link.

We send you parcels in the packaging and form in which they arrived at our warehouse. If you want to reduce the shipping cost by reducing the volume of packaging or excess weight of boxes, please indicate this when filling out the request in the "comments" field. The cost of the service is $1/kg. The service is provided for boxes (tracking numbers) from 1 kg. If you need to order this service for boxes under 1 kg, the order is processed individually, for which you need to make a request to the managers. When ordering this service and damage to the original packaging of the goods or the goods themselves as a result of transportation, we are not responsible for such damage. Be careful! Packaging is important for preserving your goods!

When you receive your goods at Nova Poshta, you need to immediately check the parcel for the presence of the tracks specified in the table. If checking, then only at Nova Poshta upon receipt!

If you have discovered a shortage or found parcels that were delivered to you by mistake (not your tracking numbers), immediately call the managers for verification. We accept calls during business hours from 9:00 to 18:00.

Checking the parcel at home will not allow us to verify it, so claims will not be accepted. While you are at Nova Poshta, we check with you the weight of the entire parcel, the weight of each tracking number, and the photos of the available tracking numbers.
