- Rates are indicated for the transportation of general cargo (simple goods). To obtain rates for the transportation of goods requiring temperature control, batteries (including dangerous goods), food products, goods requiring special containers and transportation conditions - write to the manager The tariffs include the cost of document processing and local expenses required for sending and receiving cargo at seaports. - Cost is determined for shipment of cargo from seaports. If it is necessary to arrange pickup of goods from the supplier, when submitting the request you must specify the date the goods will be ready, the name of the supplier company, the supplier's address, the last and first name of the contact person, as well as their phone number and WeChat. Notify the supplier in advance that the organization is authorized to receive the cargo. Total delivery cost is calculated by volume. It is determined by the largest overall dimensions of the boxes. The cost of the warehouse service for transit/cargo preparation per one place is $5-10.

Delivery delays caused by customs inspections in the countries of dispatch, transit, or destination are not considered loss of goods, and the Organization is not liable for such situations.

Goods may be inspected by customs authorities in China and transit countries. Detection of goods with trademarks/marks protected in these countries in the field of intellectual property may result in fines and/or seizure of goods without providing supporting documents. The organization is not responsible for such cases.

The organization is also not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspections of goods, discrepancies in cargo contents, undervaluation of goods, the presence of prohibited items, or other violations of customs legislation in the countries of departure, transit, and destination. In the event of delays, confiscation of parcels by customs authorities, or the assessment of additional customs duties, the organization does not reimburse these costs.

Liability for cargo on the route China (port)–Poland/Ukraine (port) is governed by the Hague-Visby Rules of 1968, as amended by the Brussels Protocol of 1979. In the event of loss or damage, compensation is calculated based on the greater of two amounts: 666.67 SDR per unit of cargo or 2 SDR per kilogram. As of February 6, 2026, the SDR exchange rate is 1.3728 US dollars, so in monetary terms this is approximately 915.21 dollars per unit or 2.75 dollars per kilogram. However, payment cannot exceed the actual value of the cargo, which must be documented. Loss or damage to cargo in transit from the place of cargo pickup to the port of departure is compensated in accordance with the local rules of the country of departure.
