* Consolidation – is the combining of multiple boxes (incoming tracking numbers) into one parcel. If the number of boxes (incoming tracking numbers) exceeds three, they may be packed into an additional box, which will increase the parcel's weight due to the additional packaging. In addition, consolidation may increase the volume of the parcel.* Deconsolidation – is the splitting of one box (incoming tracking number) into several separate parcels.

When calculating the delivery cost, in addition to the weight of your goods, also take into account the weight of the packaging.

When repacking cargo into several parcels or consolidating different parcels into one, the delivery cost increases by $0.2 per kilogram.

When using the additional insurance service "Security," delivery within Ukraine is paid separately.

Liability under the "Standard" tariff covers the loss of parcels due to the organization's fault in the following cases: loss of parcels at the warehouse in China, loss during transportation by road to or from airports, loss at transit warehouses. Compensation is provided according to the value specified in the applications but not more than $10 per 1 kg. In case of loss of goods by the airline, compensation is up to $20 per 1 kg but not more than specified in the applications. The client can increase the compensation amount by additional insurance based on the value of goods specified in the applications. If the value of goods exceeds $20 per 1 kg, confirmation of payment for the goods according to the specified value is required. Inflated value of goods is not accepted for compensation and in this case the compensation amount will not exceed $20 per 1 kg. The organization is not liable for the loss of goods in Europe due to their delay/confiscation by customs or law enforcement authorities of European countries.

When choosing the “Bezpeka” insurance service, the organization bears additional responsibility for the loss of parcels in Ukraine and China for any reasons, except for mismatch of parcel contents with what was declared before shipment, shipment of prohibited goods, losses due to catastrophes, natural disasters, or military actions. The insurance service does not cover the loss of goods in Europe due to their delay/confiscation by customs or law enforcement authorities of European countries. If the value of goods exceeds $20 per 1 kg, confirmation of payment for the goods in accordance with the stated value is required. Deliberately inflated value of goods is not accepted for compensation, and in this case the compensation amount will not exceed more than $20 per 1 kg.

Delays in delivery due to customs inspections in transit countries, China, and Ukraine are not considered lost parcels, and the organization is not responsible for such cases.

We send you parcels in the same packaging and condition in which they arrived at our warehouse. If you wish to reduce the volume of packaging and excess weight of boxes in order to lower the shipping cost, please select the corresponding additional service in the request. Terms of service: cost - $1/kg, the service is provided for boxes weighing from 1 kg. For boxes weighing less than 1 kg, the possibility of providing the service is discussed individually. If you order this service and the original product packaging or the product itself is damaged during delivery, we are not responsible for such damage.

Please note: packaging is important for preserving the product! As part of additional services, it is prohibited to remove branded packaging in order to preserve the product's appearance and prevent damage for the following items: framed and leather bags, leather footwear (sandals, shoes, boots, leather sneakers, etc.). For fabric, sports bags, and sneakers, it is permitted to remove the outer and branded packaging.

When sending parcels weighing from 0.1 to 0.5 kg, prices are indicated per parcel. For parcels weighing over 0.5 kg, the price is calculated in increments of 0.01 kg.

The "Standard" tariff includes the cost of parcel delivery within Ukraine via Nova Poshta. The declared value can be increased for an additional fee. In case of loss of the goods, compensation is provided in accordance with Nova Poshta's rules. When using the additional "Security" insurance service, delivery within Ukraine is paid separately.

If a parcel contains items without the optional "Safety" insurance service and additionally with this service, the delivery cost is calculated with the "Safety" insurance service for the entire parcel.

Parcels may be inspected by customs authorities in China, Ukraine, and transit countries. Detection of goods with trademarks/marks protected in these countries in the field of intellectual property leads to the payment of fines and/or the goods may be seized without providing supporting documents. The Organization is not responsible for such cases. The Organization is not responsible for delivery delays due to inspections of goods by customs authorities.

We send you parcels in the packaging and condition in which they arrived at our warehouse. Responsibility for damage to the goods or their original packaging is accepted only if a preliminary inspection of the goods and the "Additional Packaging" service were ordered. The cost of the "Additional Packaging" service depends on the goods, their weight, and the existing packaging, and is considered individually in each case.

Always indicate product trademarks. Check trademarks for intellectual property protection.

If you need to check the quality of the original packaging, please let us know in advance. We will inspect the goods at our warehouse in China and agree on the shipping terms with you to avoid damage. Please note that inspection, coordination, and repackaging will increase the final delivery time.

Pay attention when sending with the "China-Box" service:

If the parcel value exceeds 150 euros, the goods are subject to taxation during customs clearance. We recommend splitting the goods into several parcels to avoid unnecessary costs.

To confirm product prices, payment confirmation documents for the goods are used, and in some cases a link to the product on Chinese websites will suffice. Keep the product link.

If it is necessary to ship goods in different parcels, you must send your orders to the warehouse already prepared or fill out requests in such a way that the warehouse can split your shipment into different parcels.

If you have discovered a shortage or found parcels that came to you by mistake (not your tracking numbers), immediately call the managers for verification. We accept calls during business hours from 9:00 to 18:00.

Checking the parcel at home will not allow verification, so claims will not be accepted. While you are at Nova Poshta, we verify with you by the weight of the total parcel, by the weight of each tracking number, and by the photo of the available tracking numbers.

When you receive your goods at Nova Poshta, you need to immediately check the parcel for the presence of the tracking numbers specified in the table. If you check, then only at Nova Poshta upon receipt!

Density for cargo: 167 kg per 1 m³. Density calculation formula: parcel weight divided by volume in meters (H * L * W). Volume is measured by the largest extreme parts of the parcel.
